Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to The Certification Center (cert-center.org), operated by Shev FZE, a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 4442612247), with its registered office at Office C1-1F-SF12562, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE. By accessing or using our website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Definitions

  • "Certification Center" or "we" refers to The Certification Center, operated by Shev FZE.
  • "Applicant" or "you" means any individual who registers an account, submits an application, or otherwise uses the website.
  • "Certificate" means the official document issued by the Certification Center upon successful examination.
  • "Examiner" means a qualified member of our review panel who evaluates applications.
  • "Application" means a submission made by an Applicant containing evidence against one or more certification criteria.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the website you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Application Process

Applications are submitted electronically through your account dashboard. You must select at least four of the ten available certification criteria and upload supporting evidence for each selected criterion. Submitting an application does not guarantee certification. All applications are subject to manual review by our examination panel.

Fees and Payments

The following fees apply:

  • Examination fee: USD 100, payable upon submission. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the examination.
  • Certificate issuance fee: USD 400, payable only after a successful examination result.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are stated in US dollars and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise noted.

Certificate Issuance and Validity

Upon approval and payment of the issuance fee, you will receive a digitally signed PDF certificate containing a unique certificate number and QR verification code. Certificates do not have a fixed expiration date but remain valid only as long as the underlying facts and evidence remain accurate.

Certificate Revocation

The Certification Center reserves the right to revoke any certificate if:

  • Evidence of fraud, misrepresentation or falsification is discovered after issuance.
  • The Applicant requests voluntary revocation.
  • A court order or regulatory directive requires revocation.

Revocation is recorded publicly in our verification system.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and intellectual property displayed on the website are the property of Shev FZE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without prior written consent. Applicants retain ownership of the materials they submit but grant us a limited licence to use such materials for the purpose of evaluating the application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Certification Center, Shev FZE, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE. Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
